CAFE UNO IS OPEN
I still need some help writing an official press release - anyone?  But I was painting and finishing things all week and this weekend. I'm really proud of it.

This table is reservations only and seats two only. For those special occasions... this table has a dedicated waiter to serve your every need.

Denver Omelet

Italian Omelet
Meat balls, onions, spinach, mozzarella and
Parmesan cheese. Served with marinara sauce

Ham and Cheese Omelet
Diced ham and your choice of cheddar or jack cheese

French Toast
Two slices of extra thick egg bread dipped in vanilla  cinnamon egg batter and grilled to a golden brown

Crepes
Three delicate plate sized crepes (With strawberry or blueberry
filling, whipped cream and powdered sugar optional)

Buttermilk Pancakes
Three golden brown pancakes served with butter and warm syrup (With blueberries, pecans or strawberries optional)

Old Fashioned Waffle
Served with butter and warm syrup (With blueberries or strawberries and whipped cream optional)

Wild Mushroom Crepe Omelet
A light and fluffy wild mushroom omelet with cheese, garlic and herbs, folded in a crepe and topped with a creamy mushroom sauce.
Served with fresh fruit or potatoes

Southern Breakfast
Freshly baked southern style biscuit covered with hot country sausage gravy, along with two
eggs any style and our own home-style sausage patty

Breakfast Quesadilla
Choice of crumbled bacon or sausage folded into a soft, warm flour tortilla, filled with three scrambled eggs, cheddar and jack cheese,
diced tomatoes, and topped with sour cream and avocado. Served with your choice of home fried potatoes or fresh fruit

Croissant Sandwich
Croissant filled with two scrambled eggs, ham, bacon and cream cheese

The Heap
Home fried potatoes topped with melted Jack and cheddar cheese, sautéed mushrooms, sour cream and avocado

Huevos Rancheros
Two eggs on two crunchy corn tortillas topped with homemade ranchero sauce. Served with rice and refried beans

Eggs Benedict
English muffin topped with Canadian bacon, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. Served with home fried potatoes or fresh fruit

Irish Benedict
English muffin topped with corn beef hash, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. Served with fresh fruit or home fried potatoes

Eggs Florentine
Poached eggs over English muffins covered with steamed spinach and topped with Hollandaise sauce. Served with fresh fruit or home fried potatoes

Southern French Toast
Two slices of extra thick egg bread dipped in vanilla cinnamon egg batter, oats, and pecans then deep- fried to a crunchy golden
brown. Served with cinnamon apples and whipped cream

The Scrambler
Three eggs scrambled with onions, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, Jack cheese and choice of ham, bacon or sausage. Served with fresh fruit or toast

Steak and Eggs
6-ounce filet mignon. Served with home fried potatoes or fruit and your choice of toast

Crisp romaine lettuce topped with our own creamy dressing and parmesan garlic croutons

Italian sausage & cannelini beans simmered
w/ garlic, onions & crushed tomatoes - ladled on a bed of steaming rice.

Fish a la Pizziola
Fresh fish topped w/ tomatoes, parsley, garlic
& a bread crumb parmesan cheese crust - served over rice.

Chicken Pesto
Tender chicken  breast  topped with pesto, fresh sliced tomato & cheese.

Grilled Cheese & tomato
w/ ham – optional
A blend of imported Italian cheeses grilled golden brown.

Café Uno’s Fish Sandwich

made tartar sauce on a seeded roll w/ lettuce & tomato.

Melted cheese on thick sliced Itlaian bread filled w/ portobello mushroom, roasted peppers, charred onions & ripe tomato w/ cannelini bean spread.

Desserts

Tiramisu
Layers of coffee-flavored cream cheese, purchased angel food cake, sour cream-coffee flavored frosting and drizzled with a mocha fudge sauce.

Chocolate Biscotti
These crunchy Italian cookies are perfect for dipping into a cup of coffee or a glass of sweet wine. Unsweetened cocoa enhances the chocolate chips.

Caramelized Apple Wedges
Thin apple bars, such as these, that have just a hint of cinnamon to the batter and are topped with toasted sliced almonds, are a traditional treat in Florence during Epiphany.

Crespelle with Orange Sauce
These crespelle (krehs-PEHL-lay), the Italian equivalents of crepes, are filled with a lovely orange custard-like filling and topped with an orange-golden-raisin sauce for this elegant dessert.

Silky white chocolate swirled with Amaretto and flambéed tableside.

Cookies ‘n Cream Marshmallow Dream
Dark chocolate topped with marshmallow cream, flambéed to toast the marshmallow, swirled together and garnished with crushed Oreo cookies.

Flaming Turtle
Milk chocolate, caramel and chopped pecans, flambéed table- side.

Bailey’s® Irish Cream Dream
Our milk chocolate swirled with Bailey’s Irish Cream.
